Transaction Screen Report

Basic Review - The Transaction Screen Report provides the basic details of the environmental hazards that are on the subject property and within one mile. Along with the basic details are easy-to-read color maps displaying the location of the subject property with the environmental hazardous risk sites. This report exceeds the ASTM standard for government records review documenting actual or potential environmental hazards and provides summary information on all hazards and risks found in the proximity of the subject property.

Site Assessment Report

Detailed Review - The Site Assessment Report is the industry standard and most detailed report for evaluating the environmental risks associated with any property in the United States and conforms to the ASTM Phase I standards for government records review for environmental professionals.

The Site Assessment Report identifies and lists, in detail, the information on each and every environmental risk on or within the proximity of the subject property (within one mile). Separate sections include the summary, listings and detail information broken down into categories based on the distance from the subject property site. This report also includes easy-to-read color maps displaying the location of the subject property with all of the hazardous risk sites.

Site Assessment Report PLUS

Premium Review – This report has all of the attributes of the above Site Assessment Report along with special searches of the Toxic Release Inventory System (TRIS), Corrective Action Report System (CORRACTS), and RCRA violators. This report also includes easy-to-read maps for locating all risks in the area.

Corridor and Boundary Reports

Custom Area Review - The Corridor and Boundary Reports are ideal for assessing environmental issues and sites on or in the proximity of an existing or proposed "linear" feature. Highways, sewer or water lines, telephone lines, railroads or other feature defines the linear feature. The area surrounding the feature is defined as a corridor such as "¼ mile on either side of the freeway" or other distance from the feature. This customized study delivers the same ASTM standard compliant information in an easy-to-use format.

Corridor and Boundary Studies are the perfect tool for assessing environmental conditions when working on railroads, highways, utility lines, rivers, canals, pipelines and right of ways.
