Data Collector/Real-Time Analyzer

Bainbridge Island, WA – PREDICT/DLI introduces the new DLI Watchman DCX Hammerhead (HH) Diagnostic Data Collector / Real Time Analyzer. Embedded in the DCX-HH is PREDICT/DLI's popular ExpertALERT for Voyager expert automated diagnostic engine, so that at the point of data collection, highly accurate diagnostic results can be automatically displayed. The operating system is Microsoft Windows 98 and utilizes a transflective, LCD touch screen interface. Four Channel simultaneous triaxial data collection is initiated by selecting test points from machine images or tapping on a hierarchical tree of plants/areas/machines/locations. There are no routes to upload, as your plant's entire condition monitoring database is onboard the DCX-HH. A user can add or modify machines, review historical information, previous test data and trends for any machine while "on the plant floor". Its enclosure is milled from billet aluminum, can withstand up to 55 degrees C and can even be submersed in water! The powerful diagnostic/analysis software, full condition monitoring database, transparent data replication, extremely fast data collection and extra-rugged enclosure means that the DCX-HH is the most powerful and capable condition monitoring tool available today.
