Reduce outage expenses by integrating the patented Quick-Change coal nozzle tip. The entire burner tip is replaceable from inside the furnace, eliminating the necessity to remove the stationary coal nozzle, fuel inlet elbow, and compartment cover plate. The nozzle tip works with existing stationary coal nozzles and is available in one or two-piece designs. Integral seal plates and pivot pins are included with the tips. According to the manufacturer, the Quick-Change tips make an excellent combination with the company's ceramic-lined stationary coal nozzles.
