Our Services

Venture Feasibility Analysis

Venture feasibility is analyzed from a strategic marketing, financial, and operating perspective. A venture may include new product development or the startup of a new operating division within an existing business, the creation of a new venture and entity, or turning an idea into a business and return on investment model. Venture feasibility analysis may also be considered for an under-performing component of an existing entity. In this case the component may need a new business strategy or management may need detailed analysis for decision-making purposes. The purpose of venture feasibility analysis is to determine a venture's return on investment and economic value added.

Deliverables include:

  • A detailed presentation to management (usually 2 to 4 hours)
  • A Feasibility Analysis Report which includes:
  • Executive Summary
  • Competitive Analysis
  • Market Analysis
  • Business Model
  • Return on Investment Analysis

Business Planning

The business planning process is intended to provide management with a road map and focus for executing key impact initiatives of the marketing and operating plan. It is also intended to be a "market ready" document for raising capital both in the conventional debt and venture capital equity markets. The business planning process involves analysis of key market indices like regulatory and legislative trends, technology trends, strengths and weaknesses of competitors, and life cycle industry analysis. From a financial perspective the discovery process includes product value analysis (price point), business modeling, and detailed cost analysis. The business planning process is intended to be interactive with management, without being overly time-consuming. For clients intending to present the plan before conventional debt or venture capital audiences, a presentation is included along with the appropriate strategic counsel and preparatory processes.

Deliverables include:

  • Business plan document which includes:
  • Executive Summary
  • Market Analysis
  • Business Model
  • Operating Plan
  • Sales and Marketing Plan
  • Return on Investment Analysis
  • Presentation of the plan and related preparatory counsel

Strategic Marketing

Strategic marketing includes an analysis of pertinent and impact influences, which effect the viability of sales and product distribution. The strategic marketing process includes an analysis of competitors, regulatory and legislative trends, technology and technological trends, and customer related drivers and preferences. Clients in need of a formal or revised sales presentation receive a presentation to prospective customers along with the appropriate strategic counsel and preparatory processes.

Deliverables include:

  • A marketing plan suitable for insertion in the companies business plan.
  • A clear road map for sales, marketing, and operating personnel to follow regarding execution of the key strategies.
  • A sales presentation to customers projecting (changes/new/improved) services, approach, or products.
