RMP Wizard

U.S. EPA Risk Management Program (RMP) regulation (40 CFR 68) requires that the owner or operator of a stationary source that has more than a threshold quantity of a regulated substance in a process, shall comply with the RMP requirements. Facilities with a process that falls under the 112(r) rule will have to comply with one of the three levels of compliance: Program 1, Program 2, and Program 3.  Lakes Environmental RMP Wizard will assist you in determining the 112(r) applicability and program determination.
