700Ex Zirconia-based Oxygen Analyzer

Servomex's 700Ex zirconia based oxygen analyzer is designed for operation in a hazardous area. The probe assembly is explosion proof and the controller is Type N (non-incendiary). At the heart of the 700Ex is the highly accurate, proven and patented, Servomex zirconia sensor. Excellent stability allows calibration as infrequently as once per calendar quarter.

The heated probe assembly is flange mounted directly to the flue or duct. A small amount of the sample is aspirated through the sample cell and returned directly to the process. A flow sensor in series with the zirconia cell verifies continuous sample flow. The microprocessor-equipped controller may be mounted adjacent to, or remotely from, the sensor head. The operator selects full-scale range, alarm levels, and analog outputs via a simple to use operator interface.

Servomex offers a selection of probes with the 700Ex ranging from stainless steel to ceramic in varying lengths. Sample gas temperatures up to several thousand degrees F are possible.

If required, an optional combustible sensor can be fitted to the probe head to provide a combustibles breakthrough warning.
