4200C Gas Analyzer

Servomex introduces the new Xentra 4200C gas analyzer for applications in the industrial gas industry. The 4200C adds advancements to the popular, cost effective Xentra 4000 series of gas analyzers used by industrial gas producers. The new Xentra 4200C is specifically targeted at IG gas blending/bottling applications, and IG users of flammable gas blends.

New measurements of the Xentra 4200C include new % level of: C0₂ (ranges from 0-0.25% to 0-100%); CO (ranges from 0-0.25% to 0-.50%); CH₄ (ranges from 0-5% to 0- 100%); any of the existing gas filter correlation, infrared Gfx's for trace C0₂, CO and CH₄; and Paramagnetic Pm "control' of O₂ measurement. The 4200C can safely handle flammable gas sample --- excluding hydrogen --- in safe areas without the need for purging. It can be fitted with any of the Irl520 series infrared transducers, any of the Gfx transducers, and the new Pm "control" oxygen transducer.

A major new feature of the Xentra 4200C gas analyzer is fully independent autocalibration of all on-board measurements as standard ... at no extra cost. This feature enables users monitoring continuous processes to calibrate one channel of the analyzer while others continue to operate normally. Newly written software with advanced features, and the ability to make new % level measurements of gases not previously available, are also key features of the 4200C. All of the Servomex 4000 series of gas analyzers have enhanced NAMUR-compliant diagnostics and messaging capability with RS232 output, enabling a host computer to acquire both measurement and diagnostic data for further processing and analysis.
