2-Gear Drive for Decanters

N/A2-Gear drive for decanters is designed for torque-dependent control of the differential speed. The main motor drives the bowl and simultaneously the housing of the secondary Cyclo gear via the housing of the primary Cyclo gear. The speed-controlled secondary motor drives the input shaft of the secondary gear. Due to the driving effect of the secondary motor which takes over part of the scroll drive power, the load is taken off the main drive motor. It is suited for all applications where a high degree of dryness of the solids is required including starch and wastewater plants and the food and beverage industry.
