Levelflex M FMP45 In Boiler Control

Levelflex M FMP45 mesures hot water in super heated steam boilers at public ultility plant.

Two transmitters are installed at each location for safety precautions but the transmitter readings did not normally agree. If the hot well goes dry, the boiler tubes can be damaged leading to shut downs, tube failure, and even catastrophic failures.

Endress+Hauser recommended 2 Levelflex M FMP45‘s with gas phase compensation, due to the presence of high pressure steam.
