Gas Chromatography, Liquid and Gas Analysis Instruments Help Customers Maximize Process Performance, Productivity and Profits

Irvine, CA - Assisting customers in maximizing process performance, productivity and profitability, the new Emerson Process Management brochure, Complete Process Analytical Solutions, combines the company's industry-standard Rosemount Analytical instrumentation for continuous on-line liquid analysis, gas chromatography, combustion, process and emission analysis into one comprehensive brochure. "Emerson is a total solutions company," said John Wright, vice president of marketing, Emerson Process Management, Rosemount Analytical. "We look at our customers' requirements and problems through a wide lens and this brochure is just a small step in showing our customers this big picture."

The new brochure allows plant engineers who are solving overarching environmental and process problems to see the wide range of Rosemount analytical solutions available to assist them and the ways in which those instruments can be combined in PlantWeb architecture. PlantWeb's network of predictive intelligence enables you to detect process and equipment problems even before they occur, moving you from reactive to proactive which means profitable management.

For liquid analysis, the brochure presents options in two- and four-wire transmitters as well as the extensive range of analytical sensors for every application including those designed to prolong life in severe environments and to meet the specific regulatory and process demands of food and beverage and pharmaceutical industries. Real-world systems provide complete water quality monitoring as well as easy-to-use solutions for chlorine and turbidity analysis.

Gas chromatograph hardware and software is reviewed for applications such as refining, petrochemical, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, power and environmental applications. State-of-the-art on-line, field-mounted technology is highlighted.

In combustion, process and emission analysis, the brochure discusses the use of direct, in-line, in-process measurements. The goal is to reduce energy, installation and maintenance costs, lower process variability and improve safety, increase throughput and product quality, and meet or exceed regulatory requirements.

The Complete Process Analytical Solutions brochure is now available from Emerson on the web site at www.raihome.com, under documentation.
